think. (“we”) is an AI canvas for creative thinking at thinkmode.app. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Your Google account basics. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
  • What you create: projects, ideas, connections and the images you add, so we can save them and show them to you on any device.
  • AI and plan usage: which AI actions you run and how many credits they use, so your plan’s monthly allowance works.
  • Payments. If you buy a plan, our payment provider (Polar) handles the payment. We receive your plan and subscription status, never your full card details.
  • Technical data: basic server logs, such as IP address, browser and error reports, that keep the service secure and working.

Cookies

We only use the cookies the service needs: one that keeps you signed in, and two that remember your language and your light or dark appearance. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

To run think.: to save your work, sign you in, apply your plan and credits, answer support requests and keep the service secure. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

AI processing

When you run an AI action, such as Explore, the ideas involved (their text, and any images in them) are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to write the answer. Anthropic processes this data under its commercial terms to provide the service. Nothing is sent to an AI model unless you start an AI action.

Who processes your data

Each of these providers processes data only to deliver its part of the service:

  • Supabase: database, file storage and sign-in, on servers in the European Union.
  • Vercel: hosting the website.
  • Anthropic: the AI behind AI actions.
  • Google: signing in.
  • Polar: payments, when you buy a plan.

How long we keep it

Your projects stay until you delete them or close your account. When you close your account we delete your data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time by writing to support@thinkmode.app. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or Israel), you may also have the right to object to processing or to complain to your data protection authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access rules in the database mean each account can reach only its own projects and images.

Children

think. is not meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date above, and we’ll tell you about important changes in the app or by email.
