Terms of Service
Last updated October 4, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and think. for using thinkmode.app. By signing in, you accept them.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your Google account secure, and write to support@thinkmode.app if you think someone else is using it.
Your content
Everything you create on think. is yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the service for you, including sending it to our AI provider when you run an AI action.
AI-generated content
AI suggestions can be wrong, incomplete or similar to things that already exist. Treat them as a starting point, and check anything important before you rely on it. You may use what the AI writes for you as you like, as long as you follow these terms and the law.
Acceptable use
Don’t use think. to break the law, to create harmful, hateful or infringing content, to attack or overload the service, to get around plan limits, or to reach other people’s data.
Plans, credits and payment
- The Free plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, charged in US dollars through our payment provider, Polar, which acts as the merchant of record.
- Credits reset on the first day of each month (UTC). Unused credits don’t carry over and have no cash value.
- You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds follow Polar’s refund policy and the consumer law that applies to you.
- If we change prices we’ll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period.
Availability and changes
We work to keep think. available and your work safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change and improve features over time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, think. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using think. and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you other rights as a consumer.
Changes and contact
If we update these terms we’ll change the date above and tell you about important changes. Questions: support@thinkmode.app.
